Consumer insight from reviews, care tickets and surveys in one model

Paid from day oneSurvey product from 1.50 USD per response, or 1,000 USD for 10,000 responses
Overview

Revuze draws consumer feedback from care tickets and surveys alongside reviews and social, which widens the input beyond the self-selected population review mining usually samples. It leads with a 90 percent accuracy claim carrying no published definition. Pricing is demo-led.

Revuze pricing and plans

PlanPriceWhat it includesWhat that works out at
Essentials (pay as you go)From 1.50 USD per responseNo volume commitmentThe worst per-response rate, about 53 percent above the Gold rate.
Bronze1,000 USDUp to 10,000 survey responsesAbout 1.20 USD a response.
Silver2,200 USDUp to 25,000 survey responsesAbout 1.05 USD a response.
Gold4,100 USDUp to 50,000 survey responsesAbout 0.98 USD a response, the best published rate.
  • The published figures cover the survey product, not the review and support-ticket analysis the rest of this entry describes, which is still quoted.
  • Per-response cost falls from 1.50 USD pay as you go to about 0.98 USD at the 50,000-response Gold tier, so volume buys roughly a third off.
  • Tiers are capped rather than metered, so an unused allowance is money spent.
  • Monthly and annual payment are both offered, with the annual discount not stated.

No public pricing. For insight platforms, establish whether cost scales with products tracked, source volume or seats, since these behave very differently as coverage grows.

Revuze features: what it does

  • Source mix is genuinely broad, spanning reviews, social, surveys, CSAT, forums, video, retail signals and customer care tickets
  • Including care tickets and surveys pulls in feedback from people who did not choose to post publicly, which is where review mining is weakest
  • Category-level competitor comparison rather than own-brand analysis alone, so findings have a benchmark
  • Strong consumer goods references including L'Oréal, Bosch, Logitech, Haleon and P&G

Revuze limitations

  • The claim of 90 percent or better accuracy is published without stating accuracy at what task, against what ground truth, or on what sample
  • Proprietary LLMs are cited as a differentiator without any published evaluation to support the claim
  • No pricing published, so cost cannot be assessed without a demo
  • Review-derived insight remains self-selected even with broader sources, and the material does not discuss how that bias is handled

Revuze FAQ

What does 90 percent accuracy actually mean here?

Nothing, as published. Accuracy at which task: sentiment classification, topic extraction, attribute detection? Against what hand-labelled ground truth, on what sample, in which languages? Any team that measured accuracy can answer immediately.

Does including care tickets fix the self-selection problem?

It reduces it rather than fixing it. Public reviews capture the delighted and the furious while the satisfied majority says nothing. Tickets reach people who did not post publicly, but over-represent people with problems.

Is this useful for a B2B company?

Rarely. The method depends on volume, and B2B products generate a fraction of the reviews and support contacts consumer goods do. A category with forty reviews across three competitors will not support the pattern analysis.
