It is released and usable
Anyone can sign up and use it today. A waitlist, a demo video or a landing page with an email capture on it is not yet a product we can describe.
These AI tool submission guidelines are the same on every tier: what gets listed, how the entry is written, what a fee changes and what it never does. Ready already? Submit your tool.
The same four on every tier. Paying does not lower the bar, it changes what gets written and where. Reading these before you send the form is the fastest way to know whether it is worth your time.
Anyone can sign up and use it today. A waitlist, a demo video or a landing page with an email capture on it is not yet a product we can describe.
The tool does something a working marketing team would pay for: writing, SEO, ads, design, video, automation, analytics, or the operations around them.
A public pricing page, or plan limits stated somewhere we can link to. "Contact us for pricing" on its own leaves nothing to record in the entry.
Feature and limit claims trace back to documentation, a changelog or the pricing page. We cite sources on every entry, so anything we cannot source does not go in.
This site is a compilation rather than a review board. There are no scores, no verdicts and no ranked order, which means there is no position to sell and a submission is not a competition you either win or lose.
What the fee buys is work that does not otherwise happen: your tool written up on three more directories, each for its own audience, a hands-on review of the product, a founder interview in your own words, and a two working day turnaround instead of a queue. What it does not buy is a word of the entry.
The line you send tells us where to look. The entry itself is written from the pricing page, the documentation, the changelog and whatever independent coverage exists, because those are the things a reader can check for themselves. That is also why an entry sometimes records a limit or a caveat the submission did not mention: we describe the product as published, not as pitched. This holds on every tier.
Where something is unclear, we ask rather than guess. A short reply with a link to the right documentation page usually settles it.
The readers here are marketers researching software they are about to pay for. A tool can be genuinely good and still be wrong for this list: developer tooling, consumer apps and general business software all get turned down regularly. If yours is one of those, we say so plainly rather than leave the submission sitting unanswered, and a paid submission that gets declined is refunded in full.
The other common decline is timing. Products that have not shipped yet cannot be described accurately, and an entry written from a landing page ages badly the moment the real thing launches. Send it again once it is out.
We do not send drafts to vendors for sign-off, and a featured listing does not come with editorial input into what the entry says. What it does come with is a correction route: if a published entry gets a fact wrong, email it over with a source and it is fixed the same day, with the verification date updated on the page. The full standard is set out in how we compile this list and the editorial policy.
Questions that are not a submission belong on the contact page. If you have an article rather than a tool, write for us is the right route.
Yes. The free tier gets your tool a full entry on this list, filed under the right marketing job, with pricing and plan limits cited to the page they came from and stamped with the date they were checked. The only condition is that a badge or text link stays live on a page of your own site, which is checked automatically in about ten seconds, or by hand within a day if the checker cannot read your page. The entry itself is identical to a paid one.
Three more directories and a review. The $75 tier writes your tool up on zplatform.ai with a hands-on written review, gives it a dated pricing page on everyany.one, lists your affiliate program on saasaffiliate.net if you run one, and publishes a founder interview in your own words. It also drops the badge requirement and moves the write-up to within two working days. The $145 tier adds a video review on the zPlatform AI YouTube channel.
No, and that is the point of the list. Entries are written from the pricing page, the documentation, the changelog and whatever independent coverage exists, on every tier. Paying changes where your tool gets written up and how quickly, never the words. There are no scores and no ranked order here, so there is no position to buy either.
Domain Rating is Ahrefs' 0 to 100 measure of how strong a domain's backlink profile is. As of 25 September 2026 this site is DR 44, zplatform.ai is DR 59, everyany.one is DR 28 and saasaffiliate.net is DR 14. A higher DR means pages there tend to get crawled more often. It does not mean a link from one passes authority to you: every outbound link to your product carries rel="nofollow".
No. Most submissions that get turned down are turned down for one of two reasons: the tool has not shipped yet, or the audience is not a marketer. Developer tooling, consumer apps and general business software get declined here even when they are good, because the readers of this site are researching marketing software. A paid submission that gets declined is refunded in full.
No. Entries are not sent to vendors for sign-off, because an entry a vendor has approved is advertising rather than a compilation. That holds on the paid tiers too. If something in a published entry is factually wrong, tell us and it is corrected the same day.
We read it, then research the tool the same way we research anything else on the list: the pricing page, the documentation, the changelog, and whatever independent coverage exists. The entry is written from those sources rather than from the line you send, which is there to point us at the right things.
Send the change to [email protected] with a source we can check. Pricing changes, renamed plans and discontinued products are all worth flagging, and the entry is updated with a fresh verification date. That is free on every tier, forever.
